Hair Analysis

Hair analysis is an accurate and informative method, using a snippet of hair sample, that will give you a complete profile of your mineral status to help you correct any imbalance and to achieve optimal nutrition and the vitality and health that this brings. You will be amazed at how easy it is to have a hair analysis done and how much benefit it will bring you. It is also extremely useful for testing for heavy metal toxicity or poisoning such as mercury and nickel toxicity.

With a hair analysis:

• You will get accurate results on the following eleven minerals:
  Calcium, Chromium, Cobalt, Copper, Iodine, Magnesium, Manganese, Selenium, Strontium, Sulfur, Zinc.

• and the following nine toxic elements:Aluminum, Antimony, Arsenic, Bismuth, Cadmium, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Tin.

Mercury toxicity and other heavy metal toxicity can arise by prolonged exposure to environmental contamination and can cause a range of symptoms, from headaches to muscle pains, tremors, dizziness,depression and general neurological problems, among others.

Mercury toxicity can arise from drinking contaminated tap water or even a high consumption of fish with high mercury content or from leaching from dental fillings.
If you have unexplained symptoms and suspect mercury or other heavy metal toxicity then the hair analysis test will give you the answer you need.

Lead toxicity can easily arise by prolonged exposure to exhaust fumes; aluminium toxicity could arise from aluminium leaching from aluminium cooking utensils and from food and drink sources; Arsenic toxicity or arsenic poisoning could come from the arsenic present in some paints and in industrial waste, and cadmium toxicity from cigarette smoke.

• You will receive a kit with full instructions on using the hair analysis kit that we will send to you, pre-paid for returning the hair sample directly to the testing center.

• Your results will be presented in an easy to interpret fashion with notes and guidance. At a glance you will know your mineral profile and whether there are any deficiencies or toxicities present.
  Note: For best results, the hair analysis test kit should not be used with hair that has been permed, dyed or bleached in the past 6-8 weeks. Simply wait just before your next treatment to have the test.
