Our founder, Dr. Keith Chung, is a scientist
with over 15 years of experience at cutting
edge research in the areas of nutrition and
biochemistry. He has researched on the role
of vitamins and minerals and other essential
nutrients in several populations, including
neuropsychiatric disorders and eating disorders
and has published in a number of leading
journals in both the US and UK on the subject,
including The British Medical Journal, Journal
of the Royal Society of Health, Journal of
Psychiatric Research, British Journal of
Pharmacology, among others, and has contributed
to two specialist books, on Vitamin Deficiency
in the Elderly and on Psychopharmacology
of Food. He has also spoken at the Nutrition
Society of Great Britain on the role of nutrition
in vulnerable sections of the population.
His work also includes basic research in
the area of lipid mediators and on biochemical
markers in affective disorders.
